The Last Best Place

The Overdale property consists of a 500 acre parcel encompassing its own private 16 acre lake, over 20 ponds, and a year-round creek. Beneath the surface of the ponds and lake lies an assortment of rainbow, brook and brown trout which spawn in the streams on the property every spring. The property is surrounded by the National Forest with beautiful walking trails and an abundance of wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, mouse).
