Founded nearly 100 years ago as a family homestead, Overdale has a true frontier charm but now with an added modern twist. The brain child of Darren Smith and Mark Woolpert, Overdale encapsulates the magic of Montana. What started as a small cabin nearly 100 years ago has transformed into an outdoor paradise.
Darren Smith
Darren Smith has had a passion for hunting his entire life. It was his passion that led him to Overdale Lodge. After purchasing the property, Darren brought his vision of a north west oasis to life. Overdale Lodge allows him to share not only his hunting passion but the blissful magic of Montana with friends, families and visitors from near and far.
Mark Woolpert
Mark has had a calling for the outdoors his entire life. Growing up on the west coast as one of the original California surfers, Mark has had a lifelong love of natural beauty and passion for bringing family and friends together. Combine these two passions and the result is Overdale Lodge - an homage to the great pacific northwest and gathering place for all. Mark is excited to be able to share the Overdale Lodge experience with friends, family and beyond.
